Refund policy

To return an item that has been damaged during transportation - please don't worry! We will issue a full refund of product and shipping costs upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged goods when emailed to wildwhispershf@gmail.com quoting your order number which should arrive into your account within 3-5 business days. Please note that returns are accepted for 14 days following delivery only.

If you wish to return an item because it is not suitable - we will happily issue you a full refund (shipping costs aside), upon receipt of the item posted to Wild Whispers Home Fragrance 41 Chelsfield Road, Orpington, BR5 4DS. You are responsible for the return postage costs. Once received your refund for the goods alone will be received into your account within 3- 5 business days. Please note that returns are accepted for 14 days following delivery only.
